What story are you going to create?

Every adult has a childhood story, unfortunately, not all of us have a happy childhood story to tell.  Throughout life, we all experience being hurt, broken heart, or other sad stories that affect how we deal with people, situations or even how we look at ourselves?  It is easy to logically tell our mind, it is the past. I am stronger but somewhere in our mind also act on fear.  My counsellor said to me, “Do not let your broken relationship and childhood to put yourself down and devalue yourself!”  Sometimes, we do need others to remind us that it is not us who is the problem.  A child was born with love, not hatred! I believe that! In most situation, we try and give it our best!  What more can one do? Am I going to continue wasting time on something or somebody who will always deny my value? When a relationship is broken, or tragic happens, we need time to heal and have a good cry! What part of that history are you going to mark it as “OVER” and what are you going to keep which can turn into positive for you to move forward? What do you want to write in your next chapter in life? I believe we have special values and good heart in us regardless of what’s going on in the world.  Before we can change the world, let’s change ourselves first for better and a happier life or even just one moment at a time! I also believe when we can, somehow it would magically influence the people around us or attract better people into our lives! Most importantly is to feel good inside and out for ourselves! 🙂 16Oct2018_Q.jpg
